Our research has shown that electricity should be regarded not only as an electronic, but also as a mechanical factor. These insights have played a decisive role in the development of our power filters.
Mechanical architecture
In the Revelation II power filter, no detail is left to chance. Every component is mechanically optimized during assembly. For example, the output sockets are mounted in robust frames to ensure maximum stability.
Each filter unit of the Revelation II is housed in a individually resonance-optimized enclosure. Combined with the rigid support plate, this design enables precise dissipation of unwanted energy, maximizing the purity and clarity of signal processing.
Filter module
All coils in our filters are meticulously hand-wound and made from high-purity copper with a dual-layer Teflon insulation.
To ensure maximum dynamics, we have developed a specially designed mounting system for the coil cores. Likewise, the assembly of all other electronic components is carried out with the utmost focus on stability and precision.
Two versions
The Revelation II power filter is available in two distinct versions to meet your individual requirements. Both models feature first-class filtering technology and can be optimally adapted to your needs.
Both models incorporate four dedicated filter coils, which can be individually assigned across the six or twelve outputs, allowing precise optimization for different components and system requirements.
Expanded dynamic range
Loss of dynamics is a well-known issue with filters. Through years of research and extensive testing, we discovered that not only the electrical performance of the coil but, above all, the mechanical construction contributes to this problem. In particular, insufficient control of resonances through the mechanical design plays a decisive role.
For this reason, our filter units incorporate advanced technology—also used in our Revelation I turntables—to effectively manage vibrations and resonances. The result is an unparalleled, dynamic, and distortion-free musical reproduction, as confirmed by our customers.
